A building’s exterior is one of the most permanent decisions made during construction. It weathers every season for decades, defines how the building reads from the street and shapes the impression people form of the developer’s work before they have ever stepped inside. Stone cladding done well carries all of that for the life of the building. Done poorly it becomes one of the most expensive and visible problems a structure can carry. Green World Contrakts has worked on the facades of some of India’s most recognised buildings. We work with architects and facade consultants from the design stage and contribute to decisions on material specification, panel sizing and fixing methodology before anything is committed to. Our sourcing covers both Indian and international stone in the volumes large facade projects need and our installation teams have experience working on complex geometries and multi storey structures where the margin for error is small.
